TheraBox is a monthly self care subscription focused on inspiring happier lives. Each box incorporates 1 happiness boosting activity inspired by research in mindfulness, psychology, and neuroscience to rewire the brain for more joy and positivity. Additionally, we select 7-8 wellness products sourced from vendors that produce natural, organic, and feel-good products ranging from aromatherapy, clean beauty/skincare, and unique lifestyle goodies. Themes and items change each month so it's always a delightful surprise!

There are 4 TheraBox self-care plans available for you to choose from: Monthly, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.

Subscriptions auto-renew according to your plan at the end of the subscription cycle. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date (9th of the month) to not be renewed.

For prepaid multi-month subscriptions, you can cancel anytime, and you will receive the remaining boxes from your prepaid multiple month subscription and then your subscription will end.

For example, if you purchased a 3 month subscription at checkout and want to cancel after the 2nd month- you will no longer be billed for any further boxes and you will still receive your 3rd final prepaid box. You will not receive any further shipments after your 3rd final box and your subscription will end.

You can also purchase one-time gift subscriptions that do not auto-renew! With this option, there's no need to log onto your account to cancel as gift subscriptions auto-expire!

Absolutely! To purchase a subscription plan that does not auto-renew, simply visit our Gift Subscription Page. Gift subscriptions automatically expire at the end of their subscription period and does not auto renew. There is no need to cancel!

Additionally, there are past boxes and other gift items available from our one-time store, The Happy Shoppe that never renew!

The Happy Shoppe is our one-time gift shop, and includes a variety of items from past TheraBoxes! If you purchased items from The Happy Shoppe, then your order will ship immediately after processing and you won't have to wait until the 24-29th for shipping. Customers often purchase our TheraBox Subscriptions (as it's the best deal in self-care!) and add on some items from The Happy Shoppe so they can receive some self-care products first while they await for their subscription boxes to ship! The Happy Shoppe is also a great place for last minute, time sensitive gift-giving!

Items from The Happy Shoppe will ship immediately after processing (typically we ship within 1-3 business days of your Happy Shoppe order)

We ship TheraBoxes between the 24 - 29th of each month, so that you can receive your box around the beginning of the following month to start your month off with self care and relaxation! If located in the United States you should receive your box within 3-7 business days. All international orders may take 7 to 30+ business days for delivery, depending on your country. If you're in a hurry, check out our Mystery Boxes or Past Boxes from our one time shop, The Happy Shoppe, that ships immediately!

Please note Subscription Box orders placed after the cut-off will not receive the current month's box, and will instead receive the next month's box on the following month's shipping schedule. The Cut Off Date to order the current month's box is on the 24th 11:59pm PST of each month.

- Example #1: If you placed and order April 26th (which is after the April 24th 11:59pm PST cut off), your first box will ship out between May 24-29th as your order was placed after cut-off.

- Example #2: If you ordered on May 1st, your first box will still ship between May 24-29th as it is before the May cut off of May 24th 11:59pm PST

- Example #3: If you ordered May 26th, then you're past the May 24th cut off and therefore your first box will ship out between June 24-29th

Please note: Ship dates are not delivery dates. After your order ships out on a rolling basis between the 24-29th, it takes 3-7 business days to arrive if you're in the USA. 7-31+ days for international shipments.

The cut-off date to order is the 24th of each month, as we ship between the 24-29th of each month. For example, cut off date to order June boxes is June 24th. However, please note that we very often sell out before our cut off date. If you ordered before our cut off date for the month, but we are already sold out for the month then your order will automatically be moved to our next month's box.

Please note that the shipping dates of your subscription box depends on the date that you ordered your box and whether you ordered before or after the monthly cut-off date.

The cut-off date to order the current month's box is on the 24th 11:59pm PST of every month.If you ordered before the 24th cut off, then:

- Subscription boxes ship out between the 24-29th of each month. After your subscription box ships, it can take 3-7 business days to arrive within the USA -- and 7-31+ days for international orders.

Please note: this is for subscription boxes ONLY, items from the Happy Shoppe ship on a different schedule and ship sooner.

- For example: You ordered your box April 13th, which is before the April cut off date of April 24th 11:59pm PST. This means your first subscription box will ship out on a rolling basis anytime between April 24-29th and take 3-7 business days to arrive if you're in the USA. 7-31+ days if you're international.

You can cancel by logging onto your account and clicking "Cancel". If you're experiencing trouble, email us at info@mytherabox.com and we'll help you cancel-- hassle free guaranteed!

You can skip a month (or more) of your subscription by logging onto your account and clicking "skip", or emailing us at info@mytherabox.com- Please ensure you opt to skip a month BEFORE the 9th of each month if you wish to skip the next box. To put your subscription on hold until further notice, please feel free to email us!

Tip: You can now gift-on-skip! This means instead of skipping a month, you can just send the box you wish to skip to any lucky recipient. You'll be prompted with this option when you click "skip" on your Subscription Account Portal

We ship between the 24-29th of every month, and offer a discounted flat-rate shipping of $4.99 per box for domestic shipping. You are charged immediately when you order, and automatically re-billed monthly on the 9th of your renewal month. You can log into your account to see your renewal date at anytime. Please note due to time differences, your renewal date may appear as the 8th, 9th, or 10th depending on your location. Please ensure your address is correct at check-out. TheraBox is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses. If a box is returned to us due to invalid address, a reshipping and handling fee of $8.95 will be charged to reship the package.

If you purchased a TheraBox subscription, your subscription will renew on the 9th PST of the month in which your subscription period ends. Please note due to time differences, your renewal date may appear as the 8th, 9th, or 10th depending on your location. Example: You purchased a monthly subscription on June 15th - our box ships on between 24-29th of June, and your next renewal will be July 9th for our July box shipping July 24-29th. Still not sure? You can always log into your account to see your renewal date anytime.

If your card is declined for insufficient funds or is expired during your renewal period, TheraBox may automatically keep trying up to 10 times over the course of 11 days to renew your subscription. If we are still unsuccessful after the 10th try, we may automatically move your subscription renewal to the next month and will repeat the process of renewal again. If your renewal remains unsuccessful, then your subscription may automatically expire or be cancelled. Please ensure your credit card information is up to date to be successfully renewed. TheraBox is not responsible for any overdraft charges from banks or credit cards.

For subscription plans, we ship to Canada for a flat-rate shipping fee per box of $11.99, and $25 for all other countries. All international orders have an estimated 7 to 30+ business days for delivery, although TheraBox cannot guarantee a time frame for any processing delays that may arise through the post offices of destination countries. TheraBox is not responsible for any applicable governmental taxes/custom fees for international shipments that may arise.

For Happy Shoppe orders, Canada shipping is $14.99 and all other international countries are $25

You can change your address by logging onto your account, or emailing us at info@mytherabox.com - The cut off date to change your address for the month's box is before the 9th of each month in which your box ships (for example: If your box ships between November 24-29, last day to change your address is before November 9th). After successfully changing your address, you will receive a confirmation email with your address change. Please ensure that confirmation email reflects the correct new address, and feel free to email us if you need assistance!

Once you subscribe, your method of payment is immediately charged. If you cancel right away, this will only ensure that your subscription will not renew, but you will still receive a box. If you cancel because you have changed your mind and wish to be refunded and not receive a box, you must email us immediately at info@mytherabox.com and request a refund via email as refunds must be manually processed. Refunds will be provided if you email us directly requesting a refund for your order or renewal within 24 hours.

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by emailing us at info@mytherabox.com or directly in your account portal - Your card will automatically be charged upon reactivation of your subscription.

We honor cancellation and full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal only. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order at info@mytherabox.com and request a refund via email because we process refunds manually. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the full refund to appear back into your card.

"Happiness Guarantee": We want you to be 100% happy with your box! If you are unsatisfied with your box, we accept returns of new unused TheraBoxes in exchange for store credit/refund if you email us and ship back your box within 14 days of receiving your box. The box must be returned in its original condition and packaging (TheraBox must be wrapped in an outer poly bag, or another box. Bare TheraBoxes without protective packaging, or has missing contents will not be accepted for returns). Return for store credit/refund is only acceptable for brand new TheraBoxes in its original condition with full contents and original/appropriate packaging. We do not provide store credit/refund for returned products that are opened, used, returned after 14 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us, therefore please ensure TheraBox is packaged securely when being returned. Please note: A return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted if you would prefer a refund for returned boxes back to your original payment method. For store credit refunds, you will receive the full refund in the form of store credit for the amount purchased which can be used for any future purchases at our store, including The Happy Shoppe! Simply let us know your preferred method of refund when emailing us! Happinness guarantee applies to regular items not purchased during sale events and promotions. When purchasing items as part of Free Gift with Purchase promotion, if you choose to return the product you must return any or all free items that were associated with that product purchase. Failing to return any or all gift with purchase will result in deduction of retail value associated with free product from final return value. If you choose to return only the gift you received with purchase, it will have no $ value.

When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, items are considered final sale. (Example: Buy one, get one free or buy one, get one 50% off).

When purchasing subscription membership plans as part of Get % off first box with eligible plan purchase promotions (i.e., get 50% off first box with 3 month plan purchase, or get first box free with 12 month plan purchase), promotional value will be voided and refund/store credit will be pro-rated based on regular retail price upon return. Additionally, a restocking fee of $9.95 will be deducted from the return. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Valid tracking for the return must be provided by buyer to info@mytherabox.com once return is shipped. Only new unused TheraBoxes will be accepted for return in exchange for store credit/refund if you email us and ship back your box within 14 days of receiving your box. The box must be returned in its original condition and packaging (TheraBox must be wrapped in an outer poly bag, or another box. Bare TheraBoxes without protective packaging, or has missing contents will not be accepted for returns). We accept returns/replace individual items that are damaged, missing, or defective. Please email us at info@mytherabox.com and attach required photo evidence of any damages/defects within 14 days of receipt of the package. Our team will ship you replacements for damaged items ASAP!

Complimentary replacements are provided if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at info@mytherabox.com and attach required photo evidence of any damages/defects within 14 days of receipt of the box.

Please ensure you send us photos of:
1) The outside condition of the box upon delivery

2) The damaged Item showing evident damage/leakage

3) A picture of the inside of the box you received.
Our team will ship you any replacements for damaged items ASAP after receiving these photos. We are unable to process a replacement without photos. You may be required to return the damaged goods in order for us to process the claim. We will provide a free shipping label if that is the case.

TheraBox offers shipping protection at checkout, and will process a complimentary replacement for lost/stolen boxes if item is eligible for shipping protection. However, if shipping protection was not purchased-- TheraBox is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS or inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer. Please ensure there is a secure location for you to receive packages, or request boxes to be held at your local post office for pick up to ensure safe delivery. If a customer has repeat history of boxes being stolen due to not having a secure location for delivery, TheraBox may at its sole discretion no longer offer shipping protection coverage to identified customer and will notify the customer that they will no longer be eligible to purchase shipping protection coverage and existing shipping protection may be refunded.
