Ummmm my boyfriend has got to be the most thoughtful human being on this planet. Half of my Christmas gift was a monthly subscription to a SELF CARE box full of well-needed goodies. AND IT COMES WITH THIS CUTE ASS ROBE. - I’ve struggled with depression & anxiety for as long as I can remember. This year though, it’s been a constant fight day & night. My fav escape, raving, has been indefinitely suspended and Bryan knows more than anyone how hard I have been fighting. The constant crying, dreading, & loss of motivation: I’ve tried to find focus in other healthy things, like working out, yoga, & even a gratitude journal. - This package means more to me than anyone could ever know. I’m a counselor and so this box spoke to me. I got my first box and I’m so happy with it!! The dream journal was my favorite item this month. It’s filled with so much info and is so professionally done.
All the other products were wonderful and high quality.
This is my newest favorite box and in my top 3 box favorites. I review 12-14 boxes on my natural healing YouTube page, so that a high compliment. I’m working on finishing up my national Naturopath and so I really appreciate the types of products in the box. They were natural ingredients and great companies.

Good morning from my little balcony in Paris 🌞 You guys, this trip has been I N S A N E. I’m exhausted. But I’m so happy. It’s been a minute since I’ve been able to get away and a minute since I’ve felt this refreshed. I wanted to share some of the little ways I treat myself to some self-love and self-care on the road. 🥰 I subscribed to Therabox, and in my latest shipment, I was introduced to a few face masks. One of them was the morning goggle mask from Vitamasque. I ALWAYS do digging into the company before I post about them. And I cannot believe how perfect of a match this mask is for me (and frankly for the hotel I was staying in haha but more in them later!) Vitamasque is all about sustainable beauty, and I LOVE that this mask is biodegradable! And super cute!!

I just received my first Therabox of my three month gift subscription I received as a Christmas gift from my son and his wife. OMG I love it. I just received my Amour Thera Box!!!! I am so impressed with the contents. The box was so neatly packed. I used the Gemstone mask and it was amazing. I also tried the Watermelon Sugar High lip mask and I am in love. The Mind cards are a beautiful touch. I can not wait to try all the other goodies in my box. I am so happy that I have subscribed. I am a Registered Nurse and after taking care of my patients all day it was such a nice surprise to come home and take care of myself. This was money well spent on myself!!!
